movie just freezes no chapters after work

I was making a copy of a few newer movies. They are both ISO images. Neither work at all on my computer, but that is another issue. On my xbox the movie plays through about half way and then just freezes. I have to reset my xbox. I can't go to chapters after the point it freezes. The screen just shows up black.
I need help, please.
