All ports stealthed.. slow bt downloads. No firewall OR router.

All my ports are stealthed whenever i have this shields up site check it. I get significantly slower downloads off of BT then my friends with DSL have, here are the details.

I have a router and firewall, but i direct connected it to my modem and disabled and even uninstalled my firewall. Windows firewall is disabled.

I have comcast.

I have a motorola SB5100 modem.

I've been trying to fix this for a while now by myself and from guides but i'm completely annoyed by this so i decided to make a post on it. I tried practically everything i could think of so if anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

I have tried a few computers as well with various configurations, same result.

Sounds like the ISP is throttling BT traffic, click the third link in my signature about Bit torrent privacy.

Thanks I did that and it did increase my speeds. One thing though, when I test any port that I assign to BT it says stealthed though so idk how much more speed I can get as long as that is like that.

Some clients wont even work because peers can't connect due to this. Also it limits the speeds of others like bitcomet since it allows only local and not remote connection.

IDK how much of a increase in speed i would get from opening my ports but my friend on a slower DSL connection downloads the same files significantly faster and none of his ports are stealthed.
