I dont have the game yet but if I had the game, and a psp, is it possible if someone in kent could play someone in essex using the internet and the wifi connection?

Yes so long as the game supports INFRASTUCTURE mode i dont see why not.

I had the game at one point, but I didn't like it because you don't get to play "real" multi-player in infrastructure mode.

The most you can do is use the dummy data and upload it and have someone play it, just like in the arcade.

there is no infrastructure mode in tekken (over the net), there is only adhoc (other psp's nearby)to play against other people. so you would have to have a friend with a psp, tekken, and be in the same vicinity as you.
