guys its really urgent plz help me iam stuck up and also confused what to buy among these cables

1.ps2 rgb component cable
2.ps2 scart cable
3.ps2 svideo cable

my questions
1.)How do they differ from each other
2.)which gives the best video quality
3.)who r the best manufacturers of the cable which u say to buy.

i want it to connect to my samsung lcd HDTV and its really urgent cuz i have to decide it within few days i searched in internet but iam also confused now guys its up to u plz help me......plzzz....plzz
