I aquired a game(pes6) from a torrent but when i extracted it i am left with all the files but not an iso. Am i doing something wrong or can i put all the files together into an iso. The files seem to be right ie game files that i see when i open isobuster with other games but they are just not an iso.

You have WinRAR associated with iso files & have extracted too far.
Uncheck the ISO extension in WinRARs options > Integration, then try extracting again.
You should end up with the iso.
