People have been saying 'works great with devhook 0.46' or something like that. What is the exact name of the devhook needed to play these games? my method of UMD Emulator+MPH loader doesnt work for the new ones anymore. Is it this: DevHook Launcher/ VSHEX Mod version 1.64a? I have FW 1.5. Thanks all.

devhook launcher vshex mod is just barebones devhook without any firmware files.

it installs all files for you and creates the ISO folder which .iso files would go in, easy enough eh. start devhook, choose the iso u wanna play under UMD Select, press "O" over start on the main devhook screen, make sure you have a UMD in and away you go. With this version of devhook (.46) you can play games up to firmware 2.71 as it emulates this firmware version fully.

yeah it just returns the psp back to 1.5. devhook emulates firmware 2.71 so to get back to 1.5 you either have to cold reboot (hold power button up for 4-10secs) or use the mod you just asked about. but ur welcome.
