help

tried burning three or four different films, they all burn to 25% then i get a read error message and i have another coaster! can anybody help as to what the problem is?

Hi,

As ripper stated post a burn log:

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx

Eith Nero 6 or 7 use the above references to post a log (Please note the logs are separated by dashes...also be sure to edit out your serial number and name before posting the log).

I could be wrong but lots of zero's usually indicates media not fully compatible with your drive.

Try those suggestions..

Hmm ok right well when you do have the chance it might be worth trying new disks. Anyway, Your memory usage is greatly diff. between the two scans. You aren't multitasking in burns, are you? If so, don't.

http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html use this cleantool to delete your current version of Nero 7, reboot and install 7.0.8.2 from theabove link (be sure to write down your serial number before deleting Nero using the cleantool).

Yeah, 7.0.8.2 is the most stable version of Nero. Not perfect and to be honest I prefer Nero 6 but still...
