My ISO file is to big to fit on a CD. But when I wanted to burn it on a DVD it says: The format is not correct for burning a DVD. The ISO is 865 mb the CD is 700MB. Does anyone know something to make it smaller?

Have you tried to burn it to CD? Its actual size may be small enough to fit onto CD. The size of the iso/bin should not be used as an indication of actual data size on the CD.
If it truly is too big, then you'll have to see if there's anything to rip from the game, or use rebuilding to make it into an ISO/UDF DVD image.
Might help if you post what game it actually is.

Sonic Riders. I burned it on a CD. This is what Ive done:

SwapMagic --> SonicRiders Didnt work (Not a valid PS2 game)
SwapMagic --> ZoneLoader CD version --> SonicRiders. Didnt work. Zoneloader says: Fatal error code -7

Sonic Riders is a DVD
What program are you burning the iso with? DVD Decrypter or Alcohol 120% is what I would suggest

Yes, it was a DVD game, but it should be a helluva lot bigger than 865Mb!
It's most likely a DVDRip.
