overclocking it in .46 will cause the psp to crash unless u wanna install irshell and go through a big list of things to do get it to run at 333 mhz.

Why does it matter? I don't get any lag when playing games. Will it make it faster on 333?

no but some games lag when compressed and running it at 333 can help it.

Yes indeed, that is why I asked this question and I guess devhook 0.46 is overclocked if you have the cpu speed setting to 333mhz?

Like hex said, you can't run the psp on 333mhz with devhook .46 unless you want ALOT of messing around.

well if u got 333 to work properly on ur psp you will see it inevitably crash on devhook .46. the wireless functions have been hindered by this also.

Devhook .46 won't launch in 333.

Sure, whatever you say but it WORKS FOR ME....maybe not you but that's fine cuz all i did was format my whole memory card (cuz it didn't load my games but it would boot up) and then went here
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/673
and then after formatted completed 0.46 worked PERFECTLY for loading my games in 222mhz and also 333mhz ON MY PSP...idk bout yours but you could bak up your files on your pc then format memstick then install devhook and put one iso in there and it booted up in 333mhz and it hasn't crashed once after playing it for 2hours STRAIGHT and an hour another day NO CRASHING on my psp that is...prolly cuz i formatted it first

Oh maybe they fixed it. Idk yeah once you get it booted in 333 its good. See what would happen is it would crash before the game started.
