I have a 2.71 psp. I installed eboot99, it works. I also installed snes 9x tyl user mode. I saved the 1.0 folder under PSP/GAME/ then when I go to eboot, it shows up in the menu but will not load up.
Why does this happen. How d can I make it work?

if you have 2.71, you need Fanjita's eLoader and a copy of GTA:LCS. Here's a complete guide: http://www.psp-hacks.com/psp-homebrew-tutorial.php
