Ever here of a pm? But yeah 1.50 works the best for dev. So you could upgrade to 2.00/2.50 and then downgrade to 1.50 if you have an unpatched gta. If not upgrade to 2.71 and then downgrade to 1.50

Well the 2.50 is the best downgrader but you need an unpatched liberty city stories copy.

actually no.

your psp doesnt have to be a 1.5

you can now play devhook on 2.71 using the devhook port and homebrew enabler
or
you can now play devhook on a custom 2.71 PSP

you can either look at it as 1.5 with 2.71's features or 2.71 with 99% homebrew support.

either way, its by far the best option

(i wish people wouldnt give false infomation.)

also the best downgrader is the 2.7 or 2.0 downgrader as you dont need gta - or a friend (or illegal download) with 1.5 dump
