i heard that version 1.0 can download games from a website but how and where to downgrade it?? use wad to downgrade it??

To play ISO's (downloaded games) you would use 1.50fw or 2.71 fw. First off check what motherboard you have at the top of the sony psp general disccusion there is a thread "psp motherboard compatiblity"

Pretty much custom firmwares are easier to run off of 1.00

1.0 is good because its easy for devs to code on. You only need to have 1 eboot for 1.0 also.
