I recently upgraded my Internet speed to 1500kb/s (max dl advertised) and 384kb/s (max ul advertised). What should i set my max ul speed to be?

And what kind of values shopuld i input for "max connections per torrent default" and "max connections globally"?

thanks for any1 who can advise.
