When I press 'HOME' in the XMB to change ISOs, I can't get the cover of the ISO to come up. I have the covers, I just need to know the following:

- Where the covers go (ms0:/dh....)
- What format they need to be in (JPEG, PNG etc.)
- What they need to be named and finally
- How big they need to be (144 x 72 etc.)

If you could help me I would really apriciate it. Thanks.
