1) get a program called PSP Menuedit

2) dump your firmware onto your memory card

3) Find the file topmenu_plugin.rco

4) Open it with PSP Menuedit

5) and simple edit the names

6) once you are finished click patch file

7) put the topmenu_plugin.rco into the root of you memory card and flash it with Psp set

Thats you your done
