Hey, I have a NEC ND-1300 DVD+-R/RW and was wondering can any normal DVD-RW burn DVD-RAM or do you have to have a writer that is specefied for writing RAM's?

Do a search on the differences between

DVD+R (RW)
DVD-R (RW)
DVD-Ram

I know someone has done a thread which discusses the specific differences...

I already know the differences.. I was wondering if a normal writer can burn ram since a normal reader can read ram. And please stop saying "search for it, im sure someone has posted this before" I mean who the hell has the time or patience to search throug 170pages of DVD crap??? If you have an answer please answer =) if you dont! dont bother to say anything

Thanks

That wouldve been me Herbster, lol

Here, less of the attitude, if you had of searched using the search messages option you could narrow your search down. Anyway, you cant with your particular burner. For info on RAM and other formats, click here:
