Need Help With 2.71 SE-A

Hi guys. I just left my beautiful 1.50 PSP for 2.71 SE-A. Iy was a good choice in my opinion. Anyway, can someone link me to the Devhook that works on the 2.71 Nand Flash. Not the emulated one. Thanks.

hey frankie download dark_alex new firmware 2.71 se-b theres ne need for devhook as iso and ciso is played from the game menu its awesome lol

hey sorry if this is abit tedious but what so good about the 2.71SE? does it have recovery and all of that stuff? could some one please tell me what you can do with 2.71SE thanks guys!

yes it has a recovery mode,the new one 2.71se-b has inbuilt iso and ciso support so you can play isos games straight off your memory card no need for devhook untill booster updates it for 2.81 emulation,you can play all your homebrew games and stuff without having to keep switching firmware,you should try it out if you havent got a ta0-82 psp,you can always downgrade again to 1.5 if you dont like it, i highly recommond it tho!

yeah man i got 1.5 no TA-082 i dont have a memory card yet! can i still play via usb, but if i do does that mean i have to still get devhook?

yeah you still need devhook to play games through usb sorry,but if you have at least a 1g memory card its well worth upgrading mate.

damnnn! but it says in pspupdates that in SE-C htere will be a built in hostsfs! and also with 2.71Se its not that fun like with the dualboot you press HOME+L to change iso it looks and feels a bit better dont you think? or is that just me

personally I am staying at 1.5 with HarleyG custom firmware until DAX releases revision C or 2.81 dev emulation is about. I think something may be in the pipeline after Monday, just wait and see what firmware GTA has been released with first

Yeah every one to there own i guess,i used harley gs and took it straight off,wasnt too keen on it really.

im on 2.71 SE-A now, i want to upgrade to se-B , how do i do that, should i downgrade to 1.5, if so which downgrader(is the recovery mode ok to use) should i use?

just follow the readme
Updating from SE-A to SE-B
--------------------------
- Copy the directories seb_update from SEB_UPDATE/PSP/GAME150 to /PSP/GAME150/.
- Run it. After you press X, the update will be done in a little moment. You are now in SE-B.

yeah, thanks dude, iot worked, cant beleive it was so easy to upgrade,
2.71 SE-B is great, personally i dont see a reason to stay with 1.5 now.

yeah 2.71se-b is awesome,i love just going to the game and seeing all my homebrew games/emulators with my iso games and been able to play them straight away.
