I have ripped the game via FTP and craxtion, then made the xiso as normal. problem is that the xiso has come out at 5.35gb. How do i go about putting this onto a standard 4.7gb dvd. many thanks.

You could possibly delete some unneeded files like cutscenes. I haven't really experimented with this game, but if you still need help I'll check it out.

go to the iso you just made and delete it lol
go to your games files you made the iso from and delete the fra ita euo (or something) files in the sounds and media sections. remake your iso. that was just off the top of my head though... i just searched chaos theor iso seemed like it was on blabbermouth or someplace.

You need to delete the following files to get it to fit on a standard DVD-R:
Default\Screens\deu
Default\Screens\esp
Default\Screens\frn
Default\Screens\itl
Default\Sounds\deu
Default\Sounds\esp
Default\Sounds\frn
Default\Sounds\itl
default\Videos\movieteaser_deu.bik
default\Videos\movieteaser_esp.bik
default\Videos\movieteaser_fra.bik
default\Videos\movieteaser_ita.bik
Default\VideosPal
Default\Videos\credits.bik
Default\Videos\teaser.bik

With these files gone, the game will fit on a standard DVD.

I also suggest you check the above mentioned site for any other games you come across that are bigger than 4.7GB, as almost all are there. It's an excellent site.
