You need a Ver. 1.5, and you get the emulator from here.

http://dl.qj.net/PSP-Emulators/catid/111

you put the two files in your MS/PSP/GAME.

choose the system emulator that plays the game. then you can get roms from here.

http://romhustler.net/

except for GBA roms because of Legal issues.
You put the roms in the folder that you put in the GAME folder that does not have a % sig.

I still wouldn't direct link to roms, but i myself don't see any issues in discussing SNES Emulation or where to obtain (since linking is allowed[ie. romhustler or wherever]) Roms.

Crap, after a search, i discovered that NoA(Nintendo of America) quit producing SNES/SNES2 Consoles in 1999, and that NoJ(Nintendo of Japan) quit producing SNES/SNES2/Super Famicom Jr. in 2003. so the copyright holdings still stand on roms, and system software, but discussion is allowed.

i give up, though, sorry if i confused anyone, and if i'm in the wrong DDP.
