ok, i finally took a pic of that and the screen looks like this and everything else works fine, like all the light goes on.







so all i need is a new screen(Sharp) and replace it and i'll be good?

you need to take it apart

but chances are you will need a new screen.

yeah u cracked it for sure you WILL need to buy and install a new lcd screen but dont worry they go for $50 and under you can get it under $40 if you use ebay thats what i do

thats not cracked. something came loose. might of messed up the mobo to. i did the same thing to my ipod and the screens look alot alike.

hmm maybe your right since the screen dose look 2 clean for a crack must cracks have many diffrent colors the lcd ribon must be half way on wich is hard to believe just open the psp and take a look

Can u give me a lil bit more info on, what u mean by the motherboard is messed up? as in I need a new one or some wire came loose? bcuz i just order a new Screena and already taken the old one out.

well since u already went thru the trouble go ahead and plug your new one in making sure both ribbons are all the way in and secured. post back if it fixed the problem.
