hey im running:

cpu- intel 3.0 duel core
ram- 2 gigg of ram
graphics card- nvidia geforce 6200
motherboared- gigabyte i-dna GA-81945P(PRO)

For some reason my sound laggs.
and when i copy files the computer proceses it slow anybody have any tips to help??

they control all the bits in the board, like your sound, lan, hard drive and memory controllers, that kind of thing. go to gigabyte's website, find your board and download all the newest drivers.

nah the sound card driver is all there i downloaded all of the new drivers just in case and no luck at all. could it be anythen else or anythink that i could buy to fix this?
