What do you need to make an PMP that will work with IRShell 2.2?

Im pretty certain Irshell 2.2 uses PMP Mod 2.02. The only program Ive gotten to make a PMP is Videora PMP Converter .90. When I try to play the PMP in IRShell it says its an invalid file version. After doing some research it appears the converter only makes PMPs that are only compatible for PMP MOD 1.00. So I downloaded the oldest version of the plugin 1.01 and get the same error. I may not be putting the eboot file in the right app folder but I assumed from file size its the first folder so I renamed the existing eboot and put the older one in. Does anyone know of a PMP converter that can make PMPs that work with PMP MOD 2.02?

Thanks ill check that out. I also finally got this other one to work from qj.pspupdates after installing .NET 2.0 and that one worked perfectly with PMP MOD 2.02 on IRShell
