PSP ISO ? Accomplished

Sorry for my ignorance but...
I do not know what to do with the Back ups of my UMDS. I have run devhook 4.x to get firmware version 2.71 but do not understand what that has to do with running new ISO's, of course i have the killzone liberation demo UMD and i got it to work with the 2.71 firmware. Then I added the UMD emulater 0.8c. Then I switched back to 1.5 and had no idea what to do. I guess my real question is, can I play games without having to have loaders like the MPH loader that helped run GTA:LCS, or can I run games wihtout having to worry about this.

the only thing u need to load games is devhook. if u used the ultimate installer it auto created the ISO folder. If not create one in the root of your memstick. you game backups (iso files) go in the iso folder. boot devhook and go to umd select and you will see the iso file there.

So, regardless of the iso I can just use the devhook 4.6 on psp v1.5 and it will let me run most games including GTALCS.<<<because i had a hell of a time gettin that stupid game to work 7 months ago with all the stupid loaders and dumping that was involved. Also, are you saying that I don't need the UMD emulator 0.8c?

EDIT: I see the error in your sig... do not try to fix that.. you will most certainly be hated if you succeed at imbedding a music video or something into all your posts... just... dont... do .. it.

i dont think u can embed videos into your post due to the fact that UBB codes are used and not html/css.

yes devhook will play all games up to 2.71 and some 2.81 ones. as long as the rip is good it will play it. and you dont need umd emulator or any other loader except for devhook, its all you need.

Yeah do what hex said. If you got a *.iso file all you need is devhook .46. Load up devhook and once its at the menu go down one to umd select. Select the iso you uploaded to your mem stick. and press O and scroll back up to start and O again. Jus like hex said.

would I get in trouble for having an animated GIF? filesize isnt big at all but its "eye catching"

yeah im jealous. lemme tell ya. ur photoshop skills are SO MUCH BETTER then mine. If that is even you're own work. WTH is your sig supposed to be anyway, an emo chicken? That hair that thing has goin on really resembles the profile of a chicken. rain on ur parade huh....i was just notifying you before a mod tells you about it. so considered that would have been an act of consideration. sorry for lookin out. if u need help with reducing the image size while retaining the same image quality give me a shout :) as for brown noser...show me one time I was considered a brown noser. me bashing you huh. you know how to make people laugh. if anyone was bashing someone it was you saying the creator of this thread sounded like fez from that 70's show. if you were so concerned with helping him you would have posted something helpful in that post's space and would have read his post in the first place instead of asking him what he wants quite a few posts down.

Thanks and btw its not photoshop its mainly imageready. I could do much better in flash but trying to be backwards compatible with a simple gif animation.

hi can any one help me, i am backin up my games (iso) and trying to decompres them. But this isnt doint it enough. Does any one know how to cut videos out to reduce the size of the iso. For example i have the godfather but i dont want all the videos, i only have a 1 gb memory card and i wanna save as much space as poss.
