Ripping DVD and Burning on DVD-R after selection on scene

Hi, I have some DVD Karaoke and I would like to extract only some song and burn on a separate DVD -R ! I would like to know wich tools I have to use. I wanted to ripp the DVD and then to import in a editor as Adope premiere and rebuilt a movie, but i dont know which ripper to use to have files that can be importated in a movie maker software. Does somebody understand my question and can help me ?

You need to rip some DVD chapters (some songs) to video files which Adobe premiere can recognize, then edit and burn to DVD-R.
