Codebreaker to ARMax Code Conversion.

Hey, I need to know how to convert Codebreaker codes to ARMax codes. No matter where I look, or what I try, I can't get it to work right. So basically, can someone tell me -exactly- what I have to do to get it to work? Everything I need? Do I have to have the Game ID? Because right now I can't get that, no official codes on Codejunkies yet. So yeah, if anyone can help me please tell me, or if you will be kind enough to convert the codes for me I'll post them. Please help, thanks. :D
