DC++ Connecting to Public Hubs

When I try to connect to the Public hubs, I get the following message:
Download failed: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host (http://www.hublist.org/PublicHubList.xml.bzz).
Does anyone know what the problem is as I never had this problem until about a week ago.

public hubs were down for updating ,however they seem to be ok now
