how do i compress a 1.3 gb iso into like many small rar file.

i remember when i first got this iso file it was like only 400mb but it is in rar file. so i have to unrar it and after i unrar it is a a 1.3gb iso. how do go backward. i want to save some space on my pc.
(remember i want to be able to get back to 1.3gb again later on when i want to play the game.)

you can either do it by using the small method which is right click the file/files u want to add and go to add to archive. at the bottom left ull notice a section named split to volume, bytes. change that to how many every bytes u want each section to be. 10,000,000 bytes is almost 10 Mb's. So if you wanted 25 mb chunks it would be 25,000,000. Or u can go the single file method in which u right click the file u want compressed and then go to add to "name of file your compressing".rar.

It's easy to do wityh WinRAR as suggested above but I might suggest to burn all your psp iso files to blank dvds or get you an inexpensive external hard drive and move them there. That way no matter what you never lose them and you can take them with you.

external hard drives are awesome to have. its what i have to backup all my important things.

how much smaller will the new compressed compared to the old iso.

If you WinRAR them they go back to original size as before you unrared them. I usually extract them as needed to play then delete the iso and just keep the WinRAR file you downloaded. Just because you extract the file it doesn't make the original go away.
