Cant play games with versions requiring higher than 1.5

I have a TA-082 mobo and using HENC with devhook to emulate 1.5fw. I can play games that requires 1.5 or below but when I try setting my FW to 2.00 and above, my PSP just shutdowns.

any idea on what could be the solution to this problem? Thanks

in order to emulate certain firmwares you have to have the firmware files. the reason it shuts off is there is no 2.0 firmware files. if you used an installer there should be an option for 2.71 firmware files for emulation with devhook. that would be the firmware u want to use for playin backups. use 1.5 to play homebrew.

can you please point me where I can download the firmware files? and in what folder should I install it? I thought devhook comes already with those files. Thanks.
