Hi - I am new here. This looks like a great forum board. I have a question please.

I have recently downloaded the ARES Galaxy music download site. I have Windows XP Pro and each of my family members (4) have their own separate account on the first page and we each have to log in to XP. Well, I log in, and then sign on to ARES just fine. But when my daughter logs in, she cannot log in to ARES. It just keeps saying "connecting". If I can connect, why can't she?? Is there a setting on ARES that I need to change? I am not familiar with all this. Can anyone help?? thanx

I'm suspecting a firewall is in place, which is blocking Ares, open the firewall and allow Ares connection (check for windows firewall if you know not of any).
