Heyho,
here about a homebrew app that allows you to use the PSP cam 'Chotto-Shotto' with a 2.71 PSP instead of one with FW 2.82 .
Gamecube, PSP, DS-Lite, XBOX360: All your base are belong to us ;-)

yeah, that for 2.71 SE-B''. Its a PRX that you flash to your PSP so you can launch it on this firmware and do not have to upgrade.

Is it possible to put this prx in a 2.71 dump and used on devhook? Us ta-082's want this camera! lol

I tried to exchange the usbcam.prx and usbmic.prx in the devhook folder ms=.\DH\271\flash0\kd but it didn't worked... :-( any idea here`?
