check to see if ye processor is not running to hot?

a simple test is to take ye side off ye computer, get a floor fan and have the air blow directly into the computer.

It should be from the motherboard , i had the same problem with a Pentium 3 motherboard i didnt find the solution but i think that it is probably from the bios chip try flashing it if still the same issue then just buy a new motherboard .

Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz, Radeon X700Pro 256MB PCIe, SuperMicro P4SCI ATX Motherboard, 800MHz FSB, 2 x 2GB DDR2800, GB LAN, 2 x WD 250GB SATA2 Hard Drives, Wireless Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse, LG 19" LCD.

In the task manager check if there is a system process called SVCHOST.exe if yes then go to http://www.tech-forums.net/showthread.ph...10&postid=95419 and see if any of the info helps.

take a look at the can shaped objects on the motherboard which are capacitors, they are supposed to be flat topped not domed.
