my sisters boyfriend is looking for a psp cable that will burn cds with a psp.is their anything like this out.

You mean the psp game discs transfered to the pc?

Well the psp does not have any hardware enabling it to burn to a cd, also where would you fit a blank cd into the psp? Have you seen how small the umd drive bay is?
