Ok i have a HP pc and i always run the uninstalled from the recovery cd to get ride of the recovery partition. So i was cleaning my procces and i found this one http://www.liutilities.com/products/wint...brary/recguard/ so i deleted it with regcleaner since i fig i dont need it. I went and defraged the harddrive and noticed some of the blue files was defraged this time that never was before. Is that just the useless space from the recovery partition being defraged since the regguard.exe was preventing it before?

Was that a good idea to do since i dont have the partition anymore?
