You have to be 2.71 SE-A first Shezzy then its just a 5 second update from that to 2.71 SE-B

u dnt extract anything. download the auto installer from chaos zero. the FULL build. its all on the guide links and everyting its noob proof!

Once you have upgraded go to your system settings and it should say 2.71 SE-A.

OMG the guide i gave is the easiest thing ever!. u download the FULL installer and double click on it!!!!!!!!! it does everyting for you all u have to do is hit x on your psp how hard is that!!!! sorry if u cant do somn as simple as that then mate just stick to 2.71 emulated.
