Dont put the whole folder in.
Place 271seflasher and 271seflasher% into the GAME folder and then run it, just like any other homebrew.

i put the 271seflasher and 271seflasher% whole folders in the game folder, is that rong? shall i just copy and paste the files?

It has to...make sure that you have put 271seflasher and 271seflasher% into the GAME folder.
This: .../GAME/271seflasher
.../GAME/271seflasher%
Not This: .../GAME/271SE-A/271seflasher
.../GAME/271SE-A/271seflasher%

your supposde to do it from 1.5 and heres the 4th line of the guide:
4. Now, boot up Chaos Zero's auto installer, Then when you come to the install selection menu, select "Give me 2.71 SE-B with devhook and SE-B2". Now select your psp's "root" meaning te place where the 'psp' folder is NOT IN IT.

no just leave it. happended to me you have to leave it for a lil bit. it will do it trust me. just dont touch it wait and after a while it will say its finshed!

It takes awhile for it to download to the psp 18 megs or so.

what!!! i put the ripped game in the iso and i put it on my psp, and i thought it was gonna work, but my psp switched off automotaically
