when im installing it has a error and says neroburn.xml. error code 1
and i push ok then this comes next neromediahome.xml. error code 1

please help me

Few questions for you:
°What version of Nero are you trying to install?
°Where did you download it from? May need to download it again.
°Did you have already have a previous Nero version installed? If so which one?

Ok not a lot to go on - if you recently downloaded it form here then it's version 7.5.7.0.
You can try this - Run Nero's Clean Tool .
Reboot. Download Nero again from either here or Nero's site and try the install again.

I to am having this problem
I have downloaded lastet version of Nero and reformated my computer 3 times and it still does it.
I am runng Vista but for a while it was working.
Nero vision 4 isn't working transcodings AVI files and its a ral pain
I really need to find out how to fix this
HELP!!!

If you saved the log for Vision post it - maybe able to help.

But you may have to contact Nero - 7.5.7.0 was the 1st version of 7 to support Vista and you're problem may lie w/ a conflict/problem in the o/s & Nero.
