you can't run windows xp on a psp. but you can run a windows xp shell or windows 95

but you wouldn't be able to do all that, due to hardware and software limitations. if you want to have those functions and portability, you need to actually purchase a pocket pc or laptop. from my perspective, the only real reason to install windows on a psp is for bragging rights.

if anything, i would think you'd want to put a Linux variant on there...something lighter on resources that wouldn't take ages to do the most basic tasks with.
