Devhook on 2.71 SE-B'' Custom firmware?

Hi

I know this sounds odd, but can I use Devhook on Dark Alex's SE-B'' firmware?

The reason is that I'm trying to run Initial D:street stage; it refuses to run using the custom firmware in the usual way, but I've read it can be run via Devhook...


Any suggestions? :)

When you say "from the 1.5 kernel"...? Can I just install it and it will run straight away?

Only if you go into the recovery menu (hold R at start up i think) and set the 1.50 kernel as the GAME folder instead of GAME150 otherwise you will have to copy the folders made by the installer in GAME into GAME150.
