There have been a few problems with them on this forum. I like Pioneer Writers, they are the daddy of DVD Writing!

yeah, pioneer's seem to be the best out on the market. not only are they fast and cheap, they seem to 'like' most of the disks

absolutely no major probs so far with my dw-u10a. Had difficulty early on (see http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/41566 ) but brill now. I have found the Datawrite discs iffy but Memorex discs burn lovely at 4x.
