On .nds files, if it has a bunch of crap written in with the file, can you just rename the file, and still make it usable on the DS?

lets say it was: myname.nds and wanted to change it to name.nds, would that work?

could you change the title of the thread to reflect your problem, otherwise people wont bother to read your post.
and yes you can rename files.

you can rename them, and as the rules state, make sure you ask the question in the title, as when a few people post threads with titles such as "help!" or "???" or "how do I?" it gets really annoying

not if you rename the rom before transfering it, I assume you would after transfering it
