ever time i download an iso it doesn't say that it's an iso it says that its a torrent file

You need a torrent program such as bitlord to download the file. .Torrent is an assoication that tells the program where to download the file from and what the file is. Its basically a link that you need in order to start your download. Make sure you have bitlord (or some other torrent program) open when you open the .torrent file. This will start the download within your program.
