You are using good media but your burner doesnt recognize it, firmware update should fix...unfortunately I cannot access my firmware link at present so cant help with the update.

Hi shinya
Sounds like it may be a bad rip (?). Which movie is it? Have you tried running AnyDVD in the background w/ Recode?
May just need to run these files ripped from AnyDVD thru VobBlanker or FixVTS - both are free.
