When your post is compared to your title, its kind of an oximoron. Anyways, no, I dont know when the 2.9 or 3.0 update is coming out(which I dont know why you care cuz of your next question), and, no, I dont think theres a 2.82 downgrader.

No, there is NO downgrader current for any 2.8x firmwares! that has been asked so many times thats its getting so annoying! And, no, we dont know when 3.00 is coming out. God, do people search these days??
