First use DVDSHRINK to create a single VOB file from the VIDEOTS folder.
Then convert your single VOB file to PSP format.

yeah cuz theres a fodler full of vobs. do u just click on da fodler which u want (ie Video_TS) in pspvideo 9 and i will convert?

No mate it has to be one complete VOB file.
VideoTS contains the whole DVD so you have to separate the main movie from the extras etc.

You only need DVD Shrink to compile the VideoTS folder and rip out the main movie as one whole VOB file.
