Does anyone know of a free ware program or any way to edit mp4 video clips? I need to take clips up to 30 seconds from clips about 15-20 minutes long. A program like windows movie maker is what I need but it doesn't support MP4 files.

I don't know which freeware can do this. Only found AVS Video Editor: http://www.dvd-tool.com/video-editor-dvd-authoring.html Just download it to have a try.
