Hi i am just wondering which version of psp i should buy, and which is the most stable, and can a psp act like a mp3 player???

get a 1.5 if you can if not try to get 2.71 and lower

and yes it can act as an mp3 play,video player,wireless device you can even use it to control your tv or garage door if you want
