Finally got my PSP working proppaly...got VCS the other day onto my 1gig official Sony card (old ebay piece of sh*t memcard was causing all the problems before)
...loaded VCS and it works...but its reaaaly jerky...every few seconds the fps drops...or when you turn corners in a car it slowsss down...
reckon this is due to having a sony card? would a sandisk one be better? or is it something else causing this??

its .CSO and 914,845kb (893mb)
i doubt there's an ISO version under a gig to fit on my memstick...
so you reckon the compression is causing the low fps/jerkiness??
(upgrading to a 2gb soon :))

getting a 2gig card soon...any ideas how big the full UMDrip .ISO is? would rather keep all the features on the game :)

torretns mine as 1.56gb then used ripkits its now around 700mb!

I couldnt be bothered using the rip kit so just stuck it through ISO shrinker to get it from 1.5gb to 1.2gb....saved a bit of space I suppose.

No, I didnt use PSP ISO Compressor. I hate that. I never use CSOs.
I used YAUIS ISO Shrinker.....keeps it as an ISO. Runs no different.
