hi everyone.i,m shortly off to florida and my son wishes to purchase some ps2 games not yet avaiable in the uk.i,m worried he may waste is money if they will not play on a uk console.any advice would be appreciated.many thanx.

Unless you have a modchip or swap magic disc you cannot play games from other regions on your ps2, if your ps2 is from the uk it is most likely PAL and will not play US games so i wouldn't try.
