What do i do to get games and where do i put them and when i run gpsp in my eloader it says i need a bios file what does this mean asn where do i put the file that i downloaded

i just put gpsp in my psp and it works good! some bugs and still slow and it wont load more than 9mb roms. well the for the roms u gotta put it at E:\PSP\GAME\gpsp\ROM just paste them there. and about the bios... u have to get one cos its not gonna work without it. search it on google. if not im pretty sure u can get it at a p2p programs, thats where i got mines., hope it helps
