Downgrading without GTA Liberty Stories

Hi,

I would like to find out is there any other ways to downgrade ver.2.60 without the use of GTA Liberty Stories?

hmmm fm 2.60 noooo!!

BUT if you upgrade to 2.71 and use this program! its so easy to use i did it like 2 weeks ago and my psp is working perfectly fine!

its really hard to screaw this up it has step by step instructions on how to do it.

But make sure you don't have a TA-082A motherboard or that will brick your PSP.

go to psp/game there u creat a folder named UPDATE then boot the eboot there once done go to you psp menu and run the eboot by going to game then memory stick
